Joe is a general sales and leasing broker for all types of commercial, retail, office and industrial real estate. As a generalist in commercial real estate, he stays current with market trends for retail, industrial and office markets, as well as, land sales. Joe focuses in St. Louis city, St. Louis County and surrounding Counties.
Joe has been in the commercial real estate industry for several years. Prior to entering real estate, his career was in the executive search field. During his tenure, he has recruited in a wide variety of disciplines and industries. His vast experience in sales and recruitment gave him an excellent foundation for serving real estate clients. Relocating people to different careers in the same and/or opposite industries requires the ability to perceive the client's wants and needs. Having this unique ability to perform this first, key step allows Joe to easily guide his clients through the real estate process giving his clients the ability to make confident decisions to reach their objectives, resulting in contented clients.
